Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can change or return the product.  In order to do that you must first inform us within 2 days via via email and return the product within 7 days of receipt.
The product should be in excellent condition, exactly as you received it and should definitely be accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
For product changes, you have the option to choose another product of equal or greater value. For returns, the value of the product is deposited in a bank account that you will indicate to us. The money deposit is made as soon as we receive the product.

We always make sure that the products we send are in excellent condition. However, in case you receive a defective product, or in case it is damaged without your fault in a short period of time, then it is immediately replaced, without any financial obligation for you.

In all the above cases you ask for a credit for future purchases. The duration of credit is up to 3 months from the date of purchase.

Order cancellation

After the order is sent, it cannot be canceled.
